1. Ordering method

You can order online directly on our website. The condition for the validity of the order is the completion of all mandatory marked data in the order form. The order form is also a proposal for a purchase contract, the conclusion of which does not require confirmation of the order by the seller, and the contract is thus formed by the delivery of the goods themselves. After sending the order, you will receive a confirmation of receipt of the order.

2. Obligations of the Seller

We undertake to deliver to the Buyer:
1. The type and quantity of goods at the purchase price and on the payment terms applicable on the date of dispatch of the order.
2. Goods that comply with the standards, rules and regulations in force in the territory of the Slovak Republic.
3. Goods to be suitably packaged to prevent damage during transit.

Seller is not responsible for:
1. Late delivery of goods caused by the post office.
2. Late delivery of goods caused by incorrect address of the recipient.
3. Damage to the shipment caused by the post office.
4. Non-delivery of goods caused by cancellation of distribution rights or other unforeseeable obstacles.
5. Customer’s choice of goods. If, after receipt of the shipment, the customer finds that the goods no longer have or do not correspond to his ideas. Such goods will not be recognized as a legitimate complaint.

3. Obligations of the Buyer

The Buyer undertakes:
1. To take delivery of the ordered goods, to check the integrity of the packaging and in case of any defects to notify the Seller immediately.
2. Pay the purchase price for the goods in the amount and in accordance with the payment terms valid on the date of dispatch of the order. In the event that the Buyer does not take delivery of the goods (on the basis of the order), the Seller reserves the right to claim damages. In the event that the Customer does not take delivery of the goods on first delivery and requests redelivery of the goods, the Customer shall be obliged to pay the costs of both the first and redelivery of the goods by crediting the Seller’s account prior to redelivery of the goods.

4. Prices of goods

The prices listed in our online shop are valid at the time of ordering the goods, they do not change in the order when prices are reduced or increased in the future. We reserve the right to printing errors and price changes, in the event of changes in monetary exchange rates, in the event of a significant increase in inflation, or in the event of significant changes in supply conditions from manufacturers and other suppliers of goods. Proof of sale is the invoice that accompanies each shipment, which also serves as the delivery and warranty card.

5. Delivery terms

The delivery terms of the object of performance (ordered goods) will be implemented as soon as possible, depending on the availability of the goods and operational possibilities, usually within 7 days from the binding order confirmation. In exceptional cases, the delivery time may be longer, subject to agreement with the purchaser. If you order goods that the seller has sold out or withdrawn from sale for any reason, we will contact you (by e-mail or telephone). The place of delivery is indicated on the basis of the buyer’s order. The delivery of the object of performance to the specified place is deemed to be the fulfilment of the delivery. Delivery to the destination address is always ensured by the seller. The consignment of goods shall always contain a tax document (invoice, sales receipt). The delivery of the goods is ensured throughout the territory of the Slovak Republic.

Delivery of goods outside the territory of the Slovak Republic is dealt with individually, based on the current conditions of the post office or carriers.

6. Order cancellation

Dear customers, buying online brings certain disadvantages in addition to the undeniable advantages compared to buying in a regular shop. Despite the abundance of information provided, you may not be able to view the goods on offer, or you may make a mistake in your order. For these reasons, you have the option to cancel your order. However, you must do so within 24 hours of placing your order.
Cancellation policy.
If, after you have placed your order within 24 hours, you find that the goods you have ordered do not suit you or you have made a mistake in your order, you have the option to cancel your order without giving a reason. You can cancel your order by emailing us at eshop@bio-min.sk We will send you a cancellation confirmation immediately.

Returned shipments.

If the buyer has not received the shipment (this also applies if the buyer repeatedly does not receive shipments of goods) and the shipment is returned to us without the customer notifying us of its return, whether due to damage to the shipment or any other reason, we will not resend the shipment to the customer and we will not process his/her further orders. If the customer was not able to collect the shipment on the due date and informs us in advance, we will resend the shipment at his request only after payment of the invoice in advance to the seller’s account. The costs of redelivery of the consignment shall be borne by the buyer.

7. Complaints

The Complaints Procedure is governed by the provisions of the Civil Code, the Commercial Code and the Consumer Protection Act in the area of complaints: The customer claims by writing a claim report and sending it to the e-mail address eshop@bio-min.sk or via Slovak mail to the seller’s address.

8. Warranty period

Unless otherwise specified, the goods sold are subject to a statutory warranty period of 24 months. The proof of sale is the invoice, which also serves as the delivery and warranty certificate. The warranty period begins on the day the goods are handed over to the bearer.

9. Final provision

All legal relations arising between the Operator and the Customer are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. In matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, the relevant provisions of Act No. 40/1964 Coll. Civil Code as amended, Act No. 250/2007 Coll. 372/1990 Coll. on offences, as amended, and Act No. 108/2000 Coll. on consumer protection and on amendments to Act No. 372/1990 Coll. on offences, as amended, and Act No. 108/2000 Coll. No. 22/2004 Coll. on Consumer Protection in Doorstep and Mail Order Sales, as amended, Act No. 22/2004 Coll. on electronic commerce, as amended, or other laws of the Slovak legal order.
