The process of moving the bare product through production usually ends at this point. Whether it is in pill form, capsule form is up to the client's decision. What we do at Biomin is that we package the pills/capsules into bottles of different shapes and sizes and they can be 100% personalized.

Biomin uses a flexible, fully automatic machine that packs the final product (capsules, tablets) into standard or fully personalized containers in a precise and repeated counting process (laser counting technology). These bottles vary in shape, size, printing and material. A scale implemented in the production line is used to double-check the count and volume of the filling afterwards. This gives the customer high confidence in the defined number or volume of the packaged mixture. The fully automatic line can seal the lid (seal) label and batch mark it in downstream continuous production operations. In this way, we can also avoid confusion and errors compared to multi-step plants.
