Compression
However dense the filling mixture may appear, it always contains a certain percentage of ballast air which "takes up space" and thus limits the targeted filling volume. For these cases, we can use our compression equipment, which can remove the air from the raw material by mechanical force, reducing its volume and thus allowing to increase the concentration of the product in the final package. Our technical partner and equipment supplier is Alexanderverk, Germany.
