How to take Imuno Protect Junior and what to combine it with?
- Daily use is ideal to ensure a supply of these important substances, especially during times of increased physical exertion or stress and during winter and transitional periods
- Immuno Protect should be taken after a meal – breakfast or lunch, when the fats in the diet ensure better absorption of vitamin D3, in addition, zinc can cause a feeling of heaviness in the stomach when taken fasting
- It is taken preventively in a dose of 1 capsule per day, in periods of increased need for immunity, the dosage can be increased in the short term to 2 capsules per day divided into two daily doses
- Imuno Protect Junior should be combined (especially during growth spurts) with OVOVITAL, which is a source of natural calcium and helps to build sufficient bone mass in athletic children, with MOVE, which is an effective bioactive chondroprotective agent.
The recommended dosage is 1 capsule 1 to 2 times a day. The capsule should be taken whole with food and with sufficient liquid.
Please note: Not intended for children under 3 years of age. Not for children under child age. High doses of zinc may reduce the absorption of copper and iron, which may lead to deficiencies of these minerals. The dietary supplement is not a substitute for a varied diet.
