Recommended dosage for children from 3 years of age, adolescents and adults: 2 capsules once a day, in the initial phase, i.e. in the first 14 days it is possible to take 2×2 capsules a day, with water.

Vitamin D3 EXTRA 1 capsule 1 to 2 times a week.

The recommended dosage is 1 capsule 1 to 2 times a week. The capsule should be taken whole with a meal and washed down with plenty of liquid.
