During micronization, we also optimize the volume of the individual substances to prepare them as efficiently as possible for the next processing and packaging steps.
Each substance is absorbed differently, at a different stage of the digestive process. At Biomin, we have studied the dimensions of specific elements to make them as bioavailable as possible. There are two possible ways of preparing a substance to the stage where its bioavailability will be highest. We use the hammer or scissors technique to micronize the substances into small grains, which are measured in nanometers. At the same time, we optimize the volume of the individual compounds and prepare them for further packaging.
